As a modern company happy to embrace new technologies and standards, Howard Cundey felt that the web site had to provide their customers with immediate information and create a new dimension in marketing of residential homes. It is often said that buying a home is one of the biggest events in a person's life, and so the new Howard Cundey web site needed to demonstrate the companies passion and experience in the property market.

After discussing the project with Howard Cundey and compiling a strong design brief we set out to research competitors and market trends. During the design process we paid particular attention to allowing buyers to easily search for their ideal home, and with features such as large image galleries, map viewer and downloadable brochures potential buyers could discover as much information about each property as possible.
