A new streamlined web site for Reldas Garment Covers

Reldas Garment Covers provide suit covers, bags and other garment covers on both a consumer and a wholesale basis. Reldas approached us as they wanted to improve their existing online shop as well as make a clearer segmentation between their consumer market and their business to business market.
In order to achieve this we gave the Direct and Wholesale aspects of the web site a slightly different look and feel, and a customer could easily switch between the two different layouts (without having to go back to the home page).
Even though the web site was divided into Direct and Wholesale, the products that were offered on both sites were very similar. As a result we tailored our in-house content management system (CMS) so that products could be added to either the Direct or Wholesale web sites or indeed both if required.
We then tailored the information that was shown on each version to the target market. For example, the Direct web site showed prices and a description for each product whereas the Wholesale side encouraged customers to contact Reldas for pricing information / volume discounts and also provided more technical information (such as size and fabric type).
The search engine friendly E-Commerce Management System is used by Reldas on a daily basis to update products, add promotions and handle orders effectively.

Direct customers can purchase garment covers online through the web site which integrates seamlessly with Sage Pay and Google Checkout for handling card details. Successful orders are then reflected in the CMS where Reldas can process them and mark them as dispatched.
Over the last year I have worked closely with Blue Stag Studio in developing my web site. The web site they created has excided my expectations for several reasons. The design is clean and crisp. There are two areas of by business, one selling to businesses and the other with the general public. Blue Stag developed two different looks to deal with the differentiation of the customers, each giving the desired look and feel.
The Management of the site can be done by myself, this is great! I can add and remove products when I want. This helps me greatly when I want to test the market, run promotions, change prices. By having the ability to do the changes sales have increased because I can test products see if they work or not instantly.
