Ysgol Gymraeg Cwm Derwen is a Welsh speaking primary school based in South Wales. The school approached us to work with them to produce their first web site that would coincide with their very first birthday.

The design brief was to produce a "fun and elevating web site that would appeal to both parents and young people".

Rather than solely rely on printed material to keep parents up to date, the school wanted the web site to become an information resource that would be used to announce upcoming events and latest school news to pupils and parents. Therefore we provided the school with a Bi-Lingual content management system (CMS) to allow them to manage the content in both English and Welsh.

With a target market between the ages of 6 and 60, the design had to appeal to pupils as well as parents and governors.
